Overcoming confinement in 6 keys

➡️ Get reasons to smile more often
➡️ Video calls with loved ones, family, friends, former colleagues, etc.
➡️ Increase your interactions with informed and positive people who subtract negativity from your environment
Beware of the psychological phases of confinement: Uncertainty (hoarding) -> Sadness (gluttony) -> Despair. Break that chain with Determination to get out of this -> Pass the situation as best as possible (exercise and training) -> Change our life to a version of us adapted to the new post-confinement world
