1.- Flexible entry and exit times. The important thing is to resolve the pending work, not to be at a specific time in the office.

2.- Provide continuous training for the worker. Company and worker benefit equally.

3.- To facilitate attendance to congresses and to travel in the name of the company. We improve the training, networking, and visibility of workers and companies.

4.- Telecommuting. Some days of the week or on specific dates, to be able to work from home.

5.- Access to daycare, transportation card, and medical insurance.

6.- Annual bonus for objectives fulfilled in our workgroup.

7.-% of the time for projects or volunteering of the work that benefits the company.
