7 steps to a successful job interview

➡ Find out what the company does. Visit their website, and social channels and research their online reputation
➡ Wear the right clothes. Through networks you can see the usual tone and style of the company, being more or less formal according to each case
➡ Arrive early, with time to avoid possible unforeseen events
➡ Rehearse your pitch, adapted to the company’s values
➡ Sincere but interesting. Have some vital anecdote that is interesting to highlight your soft skills
➡ Adapt your rhythm and tone to that of the interviewer in a subtle way
➡ Show passion and enthusiasm for what you do and what you are going to do in the company
