1.- Show interest by asking what they are talking about and use body language while listening: Smile, nod and maintain eye contact.

2.- Provide solutions or offer advantages before asking for something. Always predisposed to help who needs you.

3.- That it does not cost to admit own errors.

4.- That the criticisms are constructive and the language always respectful for the other person. Always in a positive tone.

5.- We avoid boasting about our successes in person, for this is always our online profile.

6.- Never criticize third parties. It gives a horrible image of who criticizes.
